HERO memberships are available to military, fire, and police personnel. Sign up online, then verify eligibility with our team in the club.

How billing
works.
Know your dates.
Your signup date becomes your recurring monthly billing date. To prevent next month’s payment, email your cancellation by the 20th of the month before.
Cancellations are accepted by email only. Each member must submit their own request. You can also ask to pause for up to three months and preserve your current rate.
