Fitness and Nutrition have both been passions of mine for many years. In relating to this personally, there have been times in my life when I have followed my passion to be healthy, and other times when I have “fallen off the wagon”. We are all only human. I eventually came to the realization that instead of trying to follow a typical “program”, I needed to make a more profound lifestyle change. 
 


This change meant not just following the latest fad-diet or some fancy, exercise routine. It meant going back to basics: Functional Movement, Cardiovascular Conditioning, and good, old Weight-Training. 

The lifestyle change can start simply with changing our attitude towards the actions we take. Instead of the obligatory: “I must eat healthy”, or “I have to go work-out”; It can become the vigorous: “Today, I get the opportunity to eat healthy and delicious foods and to exercise this body”.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I see my job as an opportunity to help people start changing their lives. I am both motivator and coach. I am a teacher of skills and a positive information source who will assist clients to help make their fitness goals become a reality in their lives.
